Our history
Founded in 1991, working across borders
Leader Real Estate began as an independent business led by Maurizio Frizziero, with Massimo Monteggia as his business partner.
Its work has taken it from the Côte d’Azur and the French Alps to the Riviera dei Fiori, Prato Nevoso, the Costa del Sol and Sharm El Sheikh. Since the early 2000s, Italy has been its principal market, serving Italian and international clients.
Today, the business covers property transactions, investment, management and holiday rental marketplaces.
