Data and purposes
The form collects name, email, subject and message; company and telephone are optional. We use these details to read your enquiry, contact you and follow up on your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for general correspondence, rights requests and security, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)), or compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). The form does not enrol you in marketing or profiling. Please do not submit confidential documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Browsing and security
Delivering the website involves processing technical connection data, such as IP address, time and requested resource, through the hosting infrastructure. The form uses a technical session and abuse protections. Its rate counter stores an HMAC-derived IP identifier, without the plain IP or message content; files older than 24 hours are removed on a subsequent submission. The form token expires after 30 minutes.

Retention depends on completion of the matter, applicable legal duties and any need to establish or defend legal claims. Information no longer needed must be deleted. Technical logs are managed as part of the hosting service; you can ask the controller about providers, applicable retention and any transfers outside the European Economic Area.
